Commercial painting scheduled around your business
Offices, retail, HOA common areas and multi-unit property. Phased and after-hours work so nothing has to close.
The constraint is never the painting
On a commercial job the paint is the easy part. The hard part is doing it without shutting a tenant down, blocking a fire exit, or leaving a suite unusable on a Monday morning. We phase the work by floor, suite or elevation and do the disruptive stages after hours, so the only thing your staff and customers notice is that it looks different.
Property managers and HOA boards
Multi-building work needs a schedule a board can approve and a budget that does not move. You get a written scope per building, a fixed price, and a sequence you can circulate to residents before we arrive. For HOAs we work to the approved architectural palette and can supply drawdowns for a board vote before anything is committed.
Insurance, licensing and site conduct
Licensed, bonded and insured, with certificates issued to your management company before the first day. Uniformed crews, sign-in where the site requires it, and daily clean-down so common areas stay presentable while work is in progress.
